The Client
MCI Experience is a creative agency that designs experiences and events for brands across multiple sectors and countries. I was commissioned to rethink and develop their new brand strategy and visual identity.
The experiential side of the agency was in its early stages, so the challenge was to take the fact they didn’t have many work examples as an opportunity to conceive a powerful message and personality that could disrupt the sector and lure new business in.
The Challenge
I worked on re-focusing their positioning and existing copywriting. All competitors were mostly talking about themselves and their credentials, so the idea was to swap the attention over to their end-clients, and the benefits of experiential design as a marketing tool through the “dynamic X” concept.
I updated their type to a more contemporary one, and their palette to a set of contrasting high energy colours and gradients. A dynamic X set of patterns complement the ensemble, to generate the visual impact they wanted to achieve.
